MOVEMENT & Yoga

Friendly, heart-centered yoga and dance for personal and spiritual growth.
( FLOW )

Returning to the Body as Teacher

Movement is a form of remembrance. Through mindful motion, breath, and rhythm, we come home to the body and to the wisdom it holds. Each class is an invitation to inhabit presence, release held tension, and cultivate strength and grace. These classes are designed for every body. They weave together yoga, mindful movement, and expressive flow to support emotional regulation, body awareness, and spiritual connection.

Begin Where You Are. Movement is one of the most direct ways to reconnect with yourself. Whether you seek grounding, freedom, or creative flow, these sessions offer a place to return to your breath, your body, and your life.

All Levels Yoga

This class welcomes all levels of experience, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Grounded in the Viniyoga tradition, sessions emphasize functional movement, breath awareness, and adaptation for each student’s needs. The intention is not perfection of form, but deepening connection. Students learn to listen to their bodies, to move with mindfulness, and to rest in the stillness between poses. This class supports mobility, stress reduction, and integration of body and mind.

MidDay Yoga

A pause in the middle of the day can restore focus and balance. MidDay Yoga offers a space to step away from daily demands, release accumulated tension, and reorient toward calm presence. Each session includes gentle stretching, breathing practices, and short guided relaxation. Participants leave feeling refreshed, centered, and reconnected to their energy and purpose. This class can be attended virtually or in person. It is ideal for professionals, caregivers, and anyone needing mid-day renewal.

Stretch & Flow Yoga Dance

Stretch & Flow is a joyful, expressive movement practice that combines yoga principles with creative dance. The class focuses on breath-led movement, gentle choreography, and somatic awareness that allows the body to tell its story. Students are guided through fluid sequences that honor emotion, rhythm, and personal expression. This is not performance-based dance. It is movement as ritual and healing. Stretch & Flow cultivates vitality, emotional release, and embodied freedom. It reminds us that healing can also be alive, rhythmic, and full of beauty.
