Who I Serve

My work is dedicated to those who feel the call to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. I walk alongside individuals who are navigating the complex and often overwhelming currents of life. You may be seeking my support if you find yourself in one of these spaces:

For the one navigating grief and loss, my heart is with you. If you are carrying the weight of a loss, whether of a loved one, a dream, or a sense of self, I offer a gentle and sacred space to process your sorrow. Together, we can honor your experience and explore a path toward healing that allows your grief and love to coexist.

For the person feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or life’s transitions, I see you. Whether you are facing fertility challenges, relationship shifts, career changes, or the unique journey of young adulthood, therapy is a place to find your footing. We will work to calm the nervous system, quiet the anxious mind, and cultivate a compassionate presence that can guide you through uncertainty with more clarity and peace.

For the family or individual healing relationship wounds, I offer a path toward understanding and connection. If you are struggling with difficult family dynamics or the echoes of attachment wounding, I provide a relational approach to help you build healthier, more loving bonds with others and, most importantly, with all parts of yourself.

For the seeker wishing to unite mind, body, and spirit, I welcome your curiosity. If you are looking for more than traditional talk therapy and feel drawn to holistic practices, my integrative approach weaves together psychological wisdom with yoga, meditation, and intuitive guidance. This work is for those who wish to tend to their whole being in service of profound and lasting transformation.
