Highly skilled, trauma-informed, relatable, intuitive guidance for transformation.

Where Psychology Meets the Soul

Therapy is not just a place to fix what feels broken. It is a sacred space to listen more deeply to yourself. The stories your body carries, to the emotions you’ve tucked away, and to the wisdom quietly waiting beneath your pain. The type of counseling I offer is both clinical and intuitive: a bridge between evidence-based psychology and embodied, soulful awareness. You will find support for grief, anxiety, life transitions, fertility challenges, and relationship healing. Every session is guided by compassion, curiosity, and respect for your own pace of transformation.

An Integrative Approach

My work draws from both traditional and intuitive modalities to meet you where you are. Together, we create a personalized process that integrates the mind, body, and spirit.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed
IFS invites you to meet the many parts of yourself with understanding instead of judgment. Through guided awareness, we uncover the inner voices that protect, hide, or strive — and gently learn what they need to feel safe and connected again. Healing becomes a reunion with your truest Self.

Relational Therapy
So much of our pain and potential for healing lives inside our relationships — both past and present. Relational therapy helps us explore attachment patterns, communication, and boundaries so that you can experience deeper trust, authenticity, and repair — both with yourself and with others.

DBT-Informed Practices
Drawing on Dialectical Behavior Therapy, we build practical tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness. These skills calm the nervous system and open space for self-compassion and wise action, even in moments of overwhelm.

Family Systems
Family Systems work honors the interconnected web that shapes our lives. By understanding generational patterns and relational roles, we can release old dynamics and create new pathways for compassion and understanding within the family unit.

Areas of Focus

Every person arrives with a different story — and yet, many stories echo each other.

These are some of the areas we may explore together:

Anxiety & Overwhelm
Finding steadiness in the nervous system through grounding, breath, and compassionate awareness.

Grief & Loss
Honoring your loss while tending the tender places that remain alive within you.

Life Transitions
Navigating change with presence and grace, from career shifts to parenthood to aging.

Fertility & Body Wisdom
Supporting those walking the complex path of fertility challenges and family planning.

Family & Relationship Healing
Understanding attachment wounds, strengths, and patterns and cultivating new possibilities of love and connection.

Spiritual Growth & Integration
Deepening your sense of meaning, purpose, and belonging in the cycles of life.

How We Work Together

Sessions are a collaboration, a conversation between your experience and my guidance. We may integrate talk therapy, guided visualization, mindfulness, movement, or intuitive listening depending on what supports your healing most naturally. Every person’s process is unique. Some come for short-term clarity; others, for long-term transformation. Either way, the goal remains the same: to help you inhabit your life with more authenticity, compassion, and peace.

If you are ready to begin this work, I invite you to schedule an initial consultation. Together, we’ll explore what is calling for attention and how therapy can support your next chapter of healing.

Inside Ground

The ground is strong underneath my feet the ground was built from inside me, where I would have fallen I now stand still, my heart beats faster, but I know I will, take a breath and be OK feel the fear as it wants to engage I hold my body, steady my mind, while hurtful thoughts turn to kind, with...

I Remember You

There are ripples in the water today, a coming together of tears into deep waves that move through my heart, an almost welcome ache I can hear our music, our voices that harmonized so beautifully like a violin and cello on a perfect date. I will sing for you like a Coyote in the night! I will spin...

Meet Grief with Love

Grief was walking on an open road, her shoes were ripping, her toes poked through the holes in her socks. Her feet were blistered, some she could feel and some she could not. She lost her sweater but wasn’t sure if she even needed it anymore. Her purse had gone somewhere with her thirst and...

Like Love

Waiting for you like a bird waits for its morning song Like a wolf waits for a full moon Waiting for you with a heart so open the whole world could fit inside it Waiting for you like the shore waits for the wave Like a star waits for its wish Shining light on every thought, soft and rough that...

New Tracks

I walked down the road where it was mean and cold, old thought patterns started to flow. I had compassion in my satchel, and love calmed the battle and forgiveness soothed my soul. I want to do right and always feel loved I ache when I feel I fail I think about terrible things that could be and...

Made out of Love

When you are feeling out of sorts hold on, hold on When you act in ways that are not from your center, come back, come back, there is strength to support your return When you are overcome with sadness and crying, greet your tears with gentleness Let some light from your heart mix with your tears...

Field of Daisies

I am crying on behalf of my innocence, for the sweetness that gets swallowed by choices made from a wounded heart. I want you to see me. See the me that is not defined by my mistakes. See the me that is learning not to be bound by my suffering or stuck in the way it was. Bring me to the field of...

Navigate life’s transitions with a whole-person approach.
Licensed clinical and spiritual guidance.

The grief healing group really helped me to stabilize after many months of intense life experiences. Healing is a life-long process and one that is worth investing in to manage not only what has already happened and what is happening right now, but to help prepare for what is to happen tomorrow. I could not ask for a better guide and supportive soul. Thank you, Liziah!
