In this nourishing day retreat we will explore our growing relationship with grief. We will attune to the wisdom of our grief as we care for our grieving selves. We will connect in a sharing circle, in movement practices, meditation, sound healing and journaling to explore what we are currently feeling and learning on our grief journey.
