Growing With Grief
A Day Retreat for Healing and Connection

Snacks, coffee, and tea provided.

In this nourishing day retreat, we will explore our growing relationship with grief. We will attune to the wisdom of our grief as we care for our grieving selves. We will connect in a sharing circle, in movement practices, meditation, sound healing, and journaling to explore what we are currently feeling and learning on our grief journey.

What are the nutrients being offered from your grief? What is being cultivated for the well-being of yourself and others?

Guided by: Liziah Richards, Jen Kraft, and Doris Vanderhyde

Doris is a certified EMDR therapist and yoga instructor who specializes in trauma and anxiety. She emphasizes the importance of connecting with ourselves through body awareness, integrating therapeutic techniques and mindful practices to promote healing and well-being.

Jen is a grief guide, holistic physical therapist, acupressurist, and movement facilitator. She offers the gifts she has learned from her personal journey with grief and loss to support others.

Liziah is an Intuitive Mental Health Therapist, Movement Facilitator, Self-Care Activist, and Grief Guide. Her passion and purpose are to be with people on their journey of grief and healing, offering deep care and skilled therapeutic support.
