Join us on the first and third Fridays of each month for a nurturing and supportive session focused on connecting through grief and promoting well-being. This gathering offers a safe and compassionate space for individuals to share their stories of loss and grief while engaging in practices designed to support healing and emotional health.

Class Structure

Opening Meditation and Breath Work
Begin with a calming meditation and focused breath work to center the mind and body. These practices help create a peaceful environment and prepare participants for the session.

Sharing Circle
Attendees are invited to introduce themselves and share their personal experiences of loss and grief. This sharing circle fosters a sense of community and mutual support.

Support and Guidance
During the sharing, suggestions for support and coping strategies are offered. The space is held with empathy and understanding, allowing each person to feel heard and supported.

Processing and Reflection
Time is dedicated to processing the shared experiences, with a focus on mindfulness and emotional release. Participants are encouraged to reflect on their feelings and insights gained during the session.

Closing with Gratitude
The session concludes with expressions of gratitude for the group’s openness and support. This practice helps reinforce a positive and uplifting end to the gathering.
