Liziah is an intuitive mental health therapist, movement facilitator, and grief guide. Her passion and purpose are to accompany people on their journey of grief and healing, offering deep care and skilled therapeutic support. She views the therapeutic relationship as a space to feel deeply, speak openly, and increase compassionate presence to all parts of ourselves and life experiences. Therapy is a place to be brave and curious about what is happening in our lives in service of what needs to change, grow, and heal.
